Your responsibilities
- Supporting promising international candidates in the application, relocation and onboarding process
- Analyzing and using existing and new recruiting channels and HR KPIs #data-drivenHR
- Optimization and further development of our P&C processes and measures
- Development and operationalization of the HR strategy
- Operational and strategic HR development as a driving force and mentor
- Targeted network expansion and support for high potentials
- Development and implementation of employer branding together with the marketing team
Your skills
Must-Haves
- Completed studies in the field of economics or humanities
- Passion for recruiting and P&C and at least 2 years of experience
- Independent, structured way of working
- Strong communication skills, empathy and open-mindedness, making it easy for you to create a pleasant conversation atmosphere and inspire people about Optimax, even in English
- Intercultural competence, good knowledge of human nature and know-how of various recruiting methods
- Enjoy taking responsibility for tasks, talents and projects
- Willingness to learn, develop and work in a team
- Enjoy solving problems and proactively contributing new ideas
Nice-to-Haves
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. aptitude diagnostics, organizational psychology, personnel management, etc.)
- Experience in working with Personio or other HRIS
- Knowledge in dealing with HR KPIs and experience in evaluating/reporting People & Culture KPIs
