At Optimax, everyone comes to the office in the clothes they feel comfortable in. So there is no dress code, you are welcome to come as you like!

We speak English in our office, but German is also important in some areas, e.g. in HR or when communicating with the authorities. For these positions, a C1 level of German is required. Otherwise, a B2 level in English is completely sufficient.

Basically: yes. However, as we attach great importance to direct and efficient communication (#wecommunicatewithoutbarriers), we would like you to be in the office at least 3 days a week - exceptions prove the rule. And it goes without saying that this must be agreed with your lead and be compatible with your duties.
