😊 We at Optimax try our very best to support, share and offer opportunities in many ways for our talented employees and future applicants. This year we hired a lot of experts and grow by their expertise every day. 👍 To make sure that everyone feels included and to get some insights on what colleagues enjoy doing their free time, we introduced our team challenges in the beginning of last year. We motivated our colleagues to volunteer in and support NGOs and other charitable organizations. For every participant, Optimax donated 100 € to the Stiftung “Ecken Wecken” - a local organization that supports neighborhood and sustainability projects in Leipzig. ☀ In total, we were able to raise 2.600 € and presented the donation to the organization’s executive Thorsten Mehnert. Together we can put our values into practice to achieve a sustainable future for everyone. We wish you all the best for 2023!
