Your responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and prioritization of projects

  • Coordination and organisation of tasks

  • Ensuring up-to-date and structured project documentation

  • Communicating with team members and management

  • Interface for coordination with other departments (traders, analysts, etc.)

  • Establishing project management processes

  • Monitoring task progress and results and reporting to stakeholders

  • Organize and moderate meetings, prepare presentations

Status Quo

  • Tools we use: Youtrack, Gitlab, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Slack

  • Management methodology:  Agile (Kanban, Scrum)

  • Programming languages: Java, Typescript

Your skills

Must-Haves

  • At least 2 years of experience in the IT project management field, evidence of successful project launches in career

  • Degree in business informatics, management, or similar

  • Experience with Agile methodologies

  • Solid knowledge of the SDLC

  • Interest in software development processes

  • Experience working with project documentation and task management software

  • Good communication, organizational, and coordination skills

  • Ability to structure information, foresee and initiate process and product improvements in time

  • Joy at problem-solving, analytical approach, and proactive introduction of new ideas

  • Enjoy learning, further education, professional exchange, and working together on projects

  • Good (technical) English

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience in a programming language

  • Further knowledge of our stack (see What we use)

  • Knowledge of German and Russian
