Your responsibilities

  • Comprehensive support of the management in the area of contract and customer management
  • Responsibility for communication with business partners and customers 
  • Organization of deadline and resubmission management
  • Ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly for the management and providing support with day-to-day operational tasks
  • Independently coordinating appointments and managing document filing and task tracking
  • Creation of presentations, documentation and project-related key figures
  • Taking on the overarching coordination of management topics and own projects
  • Representing the management at work meetings and events on a case-by-case basis

Your skills

Must-Haves

  • Completed studies, preferably in the field of economics or humanities, or commercial training and corresponding professional experience
  • A good feel for the needs of an international team
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Very good communication skills in German and English
  • High degree of analytical ability, motivation and reliability
  • Solution-oriented, holistic and structured way of working
  • Professional experience in office management, team assistance or management assistance
  • Enjoy learning, professional exchange and working together on projects

Nice-to-Haves

  • Knowledge of other languages (e.g. Russian)
